Davis Islands: Tampa's Most Exclusive Address
Davis Islands represents the pinnacle of Tampa luxury living. Created in the 1920s from two small islands and dredged bay bottom, this exclusive community has evolved into one of Florida's most coveted addresses, attracting successful entrepreneurs, executives, and families who demand the finest waterfront lifestyle.
The islands' yacht club culture defines daily life here—morning coffee overlooking your private dock, sunset cruises on Tampa Bay, and a community of like-minded neighbors who appreciate the finer things. The pastel-colored Mediterranean Revival homes, many lovingly restored to their original grandeur, create a distinctive architectural character found nowhere else in Tampa.
Casa Novay serves Davis Islands' discerning homeowners with furnishings that honor these historic properties while accommodating modern luxury expectations. Whether you're staging a waterfront estate for sale or settling into island life, our collections complement the unique character of this extraordinary community.
