Award-Winning Excellence
Mediterra's commitment to excellence extends beyond its award-winning golf courses to every aspect of community life. The strict architectural standards ensure a cohesive Mediterranean aesthetic throughout, and Casa Novay Design creates interiors that honor this vision while providing the comfort and luxury residents expect.
With only 950 residences spread across 1,700 acres, Mediterra offers an intimacy rare in communities of this caliber. Our clients appreciate this exclusivity and seek furnishings that reflect their discerning taste. We deliver spaces that feel both grand and personal—worthy of Mediterra's distinguished reputation.
Many Mediterra residents are passionate golfers who chose this community specifically for its two Fazio courses. We understand this lifestyle and create homes equipped for early tee times and post-round entertaining, with spaces that celebrate the outdoor living Southwest Florida offers.
