West of Trail: Where Sarasota History Meets Modern Luxury
The Flower Streets have been Sarasota's most prestigious in-town address since the 1920s. Today, this West of Trail neighborhood attracts buyers who appreciate the rare combination of historic character, walkable urbanism, and proximity to world-class beaches.
Our West of Trail clients often renovate historic homes or build new luxury residences that honor the neighborhood's Mediterranean Revival heritage. Casa Novay Design curates furnishings that complement both lovingly preserved originals and thoughtfully modern new construction.
Whether you're staging a $5M estate on Flower Drive or furnishing a transitional residence during renovation, we understand the design sensibilities that make West of Trail special—and ensure your temporary home reflects that same timeless elegance.
